Before & After School Care

 

  • Our doors are open for before school care at 6:30am.  The after-school care program closes at 6:15pm.   

  • The typical morning schedule includes time for a light snack (Breakfast type pre-packaged snacks are provided), playtime, and homework time as needed.

  • A typical afternoon schedule includes snack time (pre-packaged snacks are provided), exercise in the gym or outdoors, and homework time.

Other activities include:

  • Physical recreation games

  • Board games/puzzles

  • Art and STEM Projects

  • Building with Lego, KNEX, Magnatiles etc.

  • Reading a book

  • Table top games (foosball and ping pong)

  • Computer lab projects

  • Drama/play-acting

  • Kitchen time

  • Special Events may include bounce houses, field trips, and visits from local musicians, artists, chefs, and story-tellers.

  • Special Activities may include robotics, preparing recipes in the kitchen, music fun, or an afternoon movie complete with popcorn.
